"The property is showing its age. The pillows were quite uncomfortable. There was a brown stain in our shower. It seems like it’s time up a renovation."

Mattress had a lot of dents and gullies.

The room was very clean and spacious and the lobby was attractive.
Staff at front desk could use work on their social skills.
There was no signage to tell you where anything is located.

"Staff was absolutely amazing! From front desk to the shuttle drivers. Room was great size & clean. Comfortable bed. Hot water with good water pressure in the shower.
Breakfast was a bit disappointing, but included with the stay. The pool was closed for maintenance, but were able to use the pool at The Lodge.

"We enjoyed our stay but there were 2 things of concern:
Our room was right across from the ice machine which became a concern in the late night and early morning hours. Also, our door did not close as expected. We had to push the door closed aggressively to get it to latch which was not expected and required effort to ensure it was safe for the evening. "
"The staff was friendly, the room was clean, my 2 pups were accommodated well with a large area to run around and do their business. Highly recommend! I just got coffee in the morning but the breakfast area was a nice balance of hot and cold foods."
