"Great people, great customer service. Think the rooms just needed some maintenance upgrades. No towel bar by the shower took a little walk to garb my towel, and the drain plug wouldnt shut so i couldnt give my daughter a bath, a little inconvenient. Floors were warpped in the bathroom and sleeping area. Other than that we had a great stay! Bed was super comfy, pool was so warm and my kids the little waterpark they had perfect for toddlers! The whole famliy loved it! "
"Never again. The only reason we booked here was for the pool. Which was down for "emergency maintenance". This was more of a homeless shelter than a hotel. People cracked out sleeping on benches outside, "regular" guests were cracked out and shaking and yelling at walls or things that weren't there. Everything was broken in the rooms, the beds weren't made, the counter tops were dirty and sticky. There were weird stains on the carpets and curtians. None of the staff spoke or understood english so when you asked for help they couldnt figure out what was wrong. Do not bring your family here or anything you dont want stolen"
"Parking was easy, price was good, but Saw a cockroach in the breakfast area, the faucet in tub was coming out of the wall. Wouldn’t recommend staying "
"We stayed on a very busy weekend. Even though there were a lot of guests, the staff worked very hard to keep the breakfast bar well stocked. Check-in/ check-out was easy. Overall the staff was very very kind. "
"The hotel’s architectural design was amazing. I love how they kept the hotel as is with some touch ups. Danielle who helped me during check in was nice and helpful. Anne who was the shuttle driver was very friendly and courteous as well telling me all about Omaha and what to do. I do not feel they should take the shuttle service out. I think the shuttle service was one of the highlight why I picked Magnolia especially for the guests who are seniors or do not want to drive during their stay. "
