"We had the most wonderful time for a girls weekend. We enjoyed the food all of the amenities and the staff was all lovely. We did, however have a really strange interaction with someone in the hot tub last night. Her name was Meghan was maybe mid 40s or 50s and had really short hair. She claimed to be a staff member of the spa and was just enjoying the amenities in the hot tub with us. She admitted that she wasn’t staying on the premises and lived about 10 minutes away. While in the hot tub with us, She was texting on her phone that we could see due to the large font inappropriate messages to multiple men and was taking pictures of herself and sending them as well. We aren’t sure if she was being truthful about actually being a staff member because we felt that if she worked for the hotel, she wouldn’t have behaved that way. Her conversation was also very anxious and erratic. We just wanted to let you know that in case it was someone that was just sneaking into use the hot tub. She was actually there the night before in the hot tub as well but we didn’t talk to her then. Otherwise it was a wonderful weekend and we will definitely be back! "

"We stayed in the king room with jacuzzi half the jets didnt work in it, the bed was very uncomfortable (i stay in the best western hotels 4 nights per week for my job and have no other issues with the beds in thise hotels) the bed itself was leaning towards the right when i told the front staff about the complaint they said oh thats a new mattress. I woke up more sore than i have in the last few months. "
