"The room was only cleaned twice during a 6 night stay. Despite calling and going to the front desk to request cleaning of the room. As well as having the houskeeping room indicator activated for 4 days outside of room. On final night of stay was awoken by alarm in hallway and then in room. Power went out in half of building. No explanation or compensation given at all. Staff was rude and not really helpful at all. This is the only place I ever stayed at that I deemed to have a one star expiereince. "

"The lady who checked us in was unprofessional and rude. Seemed put out that we showed up asking for a room. I mentioned the rate was over $50 cheaper on Expedia and she snapped back with “we don’t go by that if you want you can book through them but it’s gonna be a wait until I check you in”…it took under 2 mins for me to book through the app. This shouldn’t be a person who is the first line of representation for your hotel. "
"Excellent stay. Staff is very capable, efficient and friendly. I appreciated the grace on checkout time so I could take a meeting from my room. Room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. Best part: free breakfast, including not only waffles but also whipped cream and chocolate chips to delight my inner child. Would definitely stay again."
"No water bottles in the fridge which annoyed me considering I was on the 7th floor and arrived at midnight... going back down to get them was exhausting so I had to wait til morning. "
