"This hotel has so many amenities, its hard to list. The staff was super friendly. There is tons to do, just on the property. We really appreciated the free laundry and warm cookies delivered to our room. It had 5 star amenities and is perfect for a family vacation to the black hills. Warning, if you order breakfast from the restaurant, the breakfast sandwiches are very large and more than we could eat, perfect for sharing."

"I had to leave at least a one star in order to write a review. The hotel says check in as 4:00p that is not the case. We didn't get into our room till almost 6:00p and the card readers went down and they said they would prop the door open till they came back up. Not the case.. They told me to call and talk to the GM the next day and let her know about my experience. She didn't want to hear it. It's a place that wants to continue to decline. If you want a pet for your lizard check under the mattress or the casino. They have a large selection of bugs."
