"The staff here are amazing. They truly care about the property, and the people who stay with them. You could tell how much they cared about the property by how well it was maintained. Nothing was overlooked. It was clean in the corners, between the grout, everything was sparkling. However, there is only so much you can maintain something before it wears out and needs to be replaced. Sadly, the carpets, the duvet, the showerhead, all of the heavy use items were past their use life. If you are looking for a comfortable, friendly place to stay, this place is amazing - just be aware that somethings are older than they should be. "

"If you plan on using this hotel as a park and fly , book directly through the hotel and state that! Third party bookings like Expedia will not honour this. Room was low on amenities such as Kleenex and toilet paper upon arrival. No blanket bundle for the pull out sofa bed. Breakfast / great options and variety . However , tables are often left dirty as guest leave - this should be watched more attentively. Overall a decent stay , like anything , much room for improvement"
