"Excellent breakfast selection and value for money. Location was also pretty central and large rooms - perfect for families.
Our room did run out of body wash and hand soap. We called down to reception three times and still didn’t get a refill. We eventually had to go down ourselves to get some. They said there was no more body wash left and gave us some hand soap.
Check-in process was absolutely horrible. The reception who was checking us in was very unfriendly and rude. We had a parking credit from Hotels.com as part of being silver tier members but he would not honour it at first. Kept saying it was not specific to our account even though I showed him our Hotels.com account where it clearly stated our tier and the parking benefit. He eventually begrudgingly gave us the credit and retorted, “ok whatever you say”. Very condescending and inhospitable. It was probably the worst check-in experience we’ve had in a long, long time. "
