10/10 Excellent
"Very good hotel, good cleanliness, polite staff. We stayed in the "Ocean view room" and loved it. Excellent ambience with the constant sight of the beach from our room Even the decor in the Reception and above the stairs was beautiful.
We received a complimentary sparkling wine to celebrate hubby's birthday and our anniversary, which was very thoughtful and a pleasant surprise. Would highly recommend staying in this hotel.
Our only suggestion to the hotel would be to change the carpets in the rooms and the entire hotel.

"Centrally located and well appointed. Great staff; all super helpful. Recommend an Uber to nearby central shopping as it’s just a little far to walk. Parking In the basement great. Was very comfortable and well serviced for a one week stay. "
"I walked in and there is no reception desk, just computer screens mounted facing you where you check yourself in. A staff member did arrive to help me log in etc. The latest fashion in decorating rooms seemed to have been used here.... subdued lighting ( actually quite dim even with all the lamps on), concrete walls instead of plaster walls, covered by a curtain. You pull the curtain back expecting a window and it's just a concrete wall. Someone had set the clock on the TV screen to turn it on at full volume at 11.30pm which scared me and woke me up. Took a while to register what was happening. The screen also welcomed the previous tenant to my room which eventually updated I think the next morning. The Shower was good, bathroom amenities also good. Bed comfortable. No butler's stand to perch the suitcase on, so used the couch. Room temp set at 23 degrees which I turned down and eventually off as it was too hot to sleep in. The main benefit was proximity to checking in at the airport, the entrance to departures was next to the front door externally.
The staff at breakfast were standing chatting so I asked them to refill the scrambled egg dish so I could have some. I then went back to them again and asked them to put a spoon in the yoghurt bowl as there was none. Would be a good idea if they checked all dishes for cutlery when they came on duty."
"Yes all food was great and definitely business friendly for a short midweek stay.
It is a bit far away from city centre, about 10-15 minutes by scooter or 20 mins walk but not an issue at all."
"Poor room service that’s right there wasn’t any and terrible WiFi. We were told because it was Easter no room service yet we didn’t get any discount because it was Easter. A very disappointing stay to say the least "
"Very clean, comfortable, well designed hotel with great staff. Nice desk in the room to actually get work done, which is so often not the case. Felt very welcome and was able to get my room before check-in time. Want to give a special mention to Nick at reception who went out of his way to help me with a day trip booking and ended up suggesting an alternative (as I was very late to book) that was far better than what I had planned. Kudos to him and a big thank you. I would stay there again. The only negative experience I had was at the bar. Service was slow or nonexistent, you can’t eat at the bar (very strange) and drinks and food are served without any effort (or napkin). Very disappointing as everything and everyone else at the hotel was very professional and helpful and welcoming. "
"This is second time we have stayed here, I don’t think it’s a five star Hotel maybe a 3 and half , the two arm chairs we had in our room were bricks to sit on and so uncomfortable and we didn’t want to sit on the bed but had no choice. Also the parking at Wilson’s !! Your hotel should do something regarding tidiness the carpark looks very bad for your hotel, we were happy to park there but we were there for 4 nights and from first night we parked there nothing was done about cleaning it up , we had to step over throw up that was never cleaned from day one .
We intend to keep coming back , but this needs to be dealt with. Kind Regards"
