"Lovely hotel, looks like the photographs. Food was brilliant, I usually dislike buffets however the food was very tasty with variety. Majority of the staff were lovely, however some were very rude. Reception staff (except the porter who was absolutely lovely, always had a smile on his face!) were very rude, didn’t even say bye or asked about our stay at check out. Asked to change our bedsheet one night as the baby had an accident and the staff member sent was extremely rude and was cursing us in...

"Rapport qualité prix correct. Ambiance générale pas très animé peut-être car nous étions en début de saison. Buffet du soir très bien. Chambre mal insonorisée. Utilisation de la piscine en dehors des heures de surveillance non tolérée. A 18h15, bien que n'ayant aucun problème de natation, on m'a fait comprendre que je devais sortir de la piscine et que ce n'était pas négociable. C'est la première fois que cela m'arrive alors que cela fait 30 ans que je fréquente des hôtels au moins trois fois...

"Séjour de 5 nuités en famille . Je suis cliente de cet hotel depuis des années , je le choisi particulièrement pour son aspect cosy, son emplacement . La propreté est un atout de cet hotel, de même que le service: personnel au top et au petit soin. Nous avons eu la chance à des chambres rénovées, literie excellente ,toute fois la salle de bain reste vieillote , à revoir , notament sur le volet robineteries et moisisure au toit (la peinture ne l'a pas caché) Sur le volet gastronomie : je dirait...

"I was a bit skeptical at first after reading some of the reviews, but I’m so glad we went ahead and booked this resort. The place is amazing – super clean and really well kept. The staff honestly deserve 10 stars; everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The restaurants were great too, and the food was delicious. We stayed for a week, and every day there was something new on the menu. Overall, it was an awesome experience and I’d definitely recommend it!"
