"Booked through Expedia, easy booking, good communication. Nice little end terraced property suited us for the night. We was visiting family so only slept in property. Property was tidy, code was given on day, parking space available with permit left on table, beds comfy, powerful shower. Quite area, floorboards are loose which rattles the floor and wardrobes. Don't know about area. No teabags or milk so bring your own. Thank you for the stay much appreciated. "

Everything was spotless and well-maintained, making it feel like a true home away from home. The space had plenty of natural light and was equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. "Perfect for City Centre visit to Boston an absolutely stunning building expertly converted to a very luxurious level . Plenty parking on site at reasonable £4 for 24 hours. Rooms are beautifully designed and decorated with everything very high quality Continental breakfast including toast cheese ham yogurt fresh fruits and quality coffees."

"Just simply a lovely place to stay. Staff were helpful, pleasant and sociable. Hotel was clean, rooms are small but perfectly formed and the evening meal ( not included in price) was first class. Breakfast was continental with lots of choice and no set amounts. If you’re thinking about staying here just book it, you won’t be disappointed. Would definitely use again when in area."
