The reception personnel staff member that we met is a credit to this hotel in Harrow. He really understands people and is a role model in this industry. "Arrived, expected to be provided room access, called number provided. They did not answer but messaged me to say all room bookings had been cancelled. They offered no reason and they had not notified me of cancellation. I advised I'd travelled a long way to London and their only suggestion was a Travelodge by the nearby Tube station. Unprofessional and highly risky, particularly for solo travellers who may be vulnerable to exploitation in those situations!"
