"The hotel is located up in the hill near the palace. Many things in Potsdam city is located far from the central station, and this hotel was the same. So we took a taxi to get there, but we figured how to get around with public transportation next day and it was easy. Beautiful hotel, and have everything you need, breakfast had so many choices and very fresh! "

"My son and I stayed during New Years, and we enjoyed the buffet. The food was excellent, there was grocery store near by Rewe, we took full advantage of the transportation as well. We were 25 minutes from Berlin, but we were very close to the bus routes. We enjoyed Berlin and the German Christmas Markets. The buses in Germany are extremely clean and affordable. We enjoyed our stay, it was a great way to start the year."

"Amazing stay. Great staff, friendly and accommodating. Fantastic Breakfast. Right next to Potsdam Hbf trains, trams, busses, Bahnhofspassage and restaurants. Situated next to Blu Freizatbad. And near Kunsthaus. Just stations away from Schloss Charlottenhof and Sanssouci. Will be back! "

"We used this as a base for our trip to Berlin and was out all day so didn't use any hotel facilities. You have to catch a tram to Potsdam across the road from the hotel and then a train to the centre of Berlin about every 10 minutes. There are shops opposites including a supermarket "

"The pull out couch was not very comfortable. The location was great to visit Sans Soussici and the university. Bakery across the street was amazing. Close to grocery and train stop."

"Room is reasonable in size and clean, had a tea kettle for tea. Coffee has to be nescafe. It has a room safe. The bed is good, but the blankets could be better. It has an okay desk and a large television set. I did not try the breakfast. The hotel is very conveniently located near many restaurants and shops and public transportation. "

"We did not have breakfast so cannot comment, I did see the buffet though and it looked very nice. The staff are very efficient and friendly, I would recommend staying here. I wish I had known we could have asked for a kettle for the room which I didn’t realise until the end of our stay. Great location. "
