When we arrived, the front desk claimed they could not find our booking and refused to honor it, even after we showed our confirmation email, reservation number, and identification. To make matters worse, they offered us another room at much higher rate than our original booking. Expedia attempted to contact the hotel for support, but the property ignored all inquiries.
