"I thought I knew what to expect, as I've stayed at other nearby hotels for conventions, but this hotel is so much more luxurious than I was expecting for the price! I initially thought it might've been too far to walk to the convention center as a person who uses an assisted walking device, but the walk was comfortable and even enjoyable! I didn't get to go to the attached restaurant, but the food looked amazing and smelled great on the way in & out and I appreciate that it stayed open late."

"Room was very spacious and a good, efficient set up. Only complaint was shower water pressure and temperature not high enough. Very clean hotel. Nice ballrooms and public spaces. Escalators not working makes it seem like not maintained. It’s a great hotel overall but not fancy. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Regency O’Hare. The rooms were comfortable, clean and well fitted out. The two restaurants where we dined were very nice as well. "Very nice hotel. We had a single king room and it was modern, clean and spacious. We stopped at the bar in the restaurant for a bit before leaving for a concert and the staff was great. Drinks were good and reasonably priced. Will stay here again."

"Staff was very courteous, hotel is convenient for events at the Stephenson convention center, room was clean and comfortable. Parking is pricey, but it's Chicago so expect to pay more for everything. "
