"This is a legitimate 2-star hotel. Whoever qualified it for a 4-star hotel made a joke. To start with, there is no refrigerator in the room. Not even a tiny one. The bedding is another joke. A pillow is about 3 cm (a little over an inch) thick, with nothing but lumps inside. I had to ask for 2 more pillows to get it to be of any neck support. I also had to ask for additional 2 blankets as the one provided was too thin. I had to use one of the blankets to cover the pillow stack so that I don’t feel the lumps. In the bathroom: no body lotion provided. No conditioner for after shampoo use. The single container in the shower says: Hand, hair, and body wash. Same container by the sink. No shower cap or vanity kit. The overall look of the room—shabby. Avoid by all means. "

I was greeted by two front desk agents whose humor and genuine engagement made the stress of the day disappear instantly. Despite the late hour, they went the extra mile to personally show me the spa, Jacuzzi, and sauna facilities to ensure I could properly unwind. This is world-class hospitality at its finest. "Friendly staff. Bus stop right in front of the Hotel, comes very frequently and you can ride it fir free with hotel free ticket .Rail station is not within walking distance but bus takes you right in front in 7 minutes. "
