"Wonderful hotel and excellent staff. My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay, after traveling to more than 30+ countries and experiencing so many hotels, I must say Sakala is now on my top 3 favourite. The services they offer are excellent, all restaurants they own are of great quality and delicious food, the property is beautiful, the room was fantastic, and the staff super friendly and helpful. The live music and shows by the beach bar are also nice. The manager Nany was kind and helpful all...
"Travelling with small children, it meant we did not have to leave the hotel as all facilities, different pools, playroom etc were fantastic to keep everyone, adults included, happy. Great food, great staff, good choice of food options. Also, great restaurants within walking distance for a night out. Loved this resort."
"Harika bir otel ve çalışanlar lokasyonu gayet iyi kahvaltısı gayet iyi yeni ve çok güzel bir otel özellikle çalışan tüm personel süper yardımcı denizin dibinde"

The staff was super nice, everything there was perfect. Take the breakfast option when you do your reservation it's really good and worth it. The only con here is the beach it's not the best in Bali but it's very close to some of the best beachs on the island. Enjoy
Get rid or upgrade the souvenir shops at the corner of the property. They look terrible given the overall nice surrounding of the beach. There are two located between the hotel and ocean, one in each corner. The goal when you sit on the lounge chair is to relax and enjoy by the beach; What I have noticed is that people that sell items at the souvenir shop make a lot of noise and spit on the ground(kind of gross & disgusting). Other than that, no complaints.
Very maintained property with Excellent staff. Convenient location with walking access. The loved the Roost and the infinity pool on the 6th floor. Its location is ideal because its sits at the entrance to the Nusa Dua strip.
Luxury Villas with some additional service provided such as Room Service, In house massage and
other services. Those services available with additional cost, satisfaction is worth the price. We
have been treated with outstanding services from all staff. We were there last month and
everything about the villa was super. We arrived at Villa at night and the villa was well prepared
and also the Airport pick up that they provided was well organized. On second day of our stay,
we were so lazy to go...
Before I left I read travel reviews and they were very helpful. My turn. This hotel is great for a beach holiday. Darn hotel was too nice, we never left. We were upgraded to a bungalow. The room was much nicer but it was at the front of the hotel and the street noise was loud. Bungalows are in buildings with 4 up and 4 down. Corner room with large lanai. The regular deluxe doubles are in an apartment style building shoved behind some bungalows. Some are pretty dark. Do yourself a favor and get a...
The exterior decor, the restaurants are conducive to a totally relaxed vacation. The staff, without exception, made our stay such a memorable one. The food was outstanding, the setting beautiful.
We will definitely return to this gem.
The hotel staff was really helpful. Hotel management responded to our inquiries prior to arrival. Facilities were clean spacious, and comfortable, the only observation is the smell in the hallways. The pools were clean and beach access was OK.
Food was a bit of disappointment as breakfast has limited options. I recommend that the hotel serves fresh fruit juices during breakfast, better coffee, and increase menu options.
Wonderful stay. Staff was exceptional from cooking me breakfast after sleeping in and missing buffet, changing my room when there was a problem and even sending 2 staff to help me, then offering me free dinners my remaining nights, then letting me use their phone to call my bank long distance when there was a problem. All went beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Only down fall was internet kept kicking me off but was doable. Wonderful place with gorgeous gardens and beach. Will definitely go...
Very quiet resort on the bay side; lovely pools; friendly, helpful staff, good breakfast; very nice happy hour cocktails. I wanted quiet relaxation so this was perfect for me, but some people complained it was "too slow". The sister property on the beach side offers more action. A short 10 minute walk to a shopping street provides some off-property choices. Wine, soft drinks and snacks at a tiny shop just off the property. The only down side is that, because it's on the bay side, there is no...
