"My only disappointment was the lack of early check-in. When I called day before to request it, they said could not guarantee it but it was likely. Regular check-in is at 4, I was hoping for 1:00 and was happy to pay for it. Well at 1 they said it had been cleaned but were waiting for the room inspection. Same exact story at 2, except they said it would be just a few more minutes. Same story at 3. Finally we were able to get in at 3:15... So not major complaint but why I didn't give it 5 stars. I...

"The front desk was not nice he made it uncomfortable and I almost left then. I sent and spend the day with family and later that night I went in and the smell of musty air which got me sick right away. My card did not work to get in and my experience with the front desk earlier in the day made me afraid to even ask. I made the decision to get in my car and drive 3 hours home vs resting after a long day. The hotel experience was unpleasant"

"It was NOT worth the money. One bed had a HORRIBLE mattress. It seemed to be broken across a line where the pillows lie. Floors are uneven, as was the porch floor, causing several trips and near falls. Would have been nice to have at least a broom to sweep up sand. There isn't a staff person anywhere. We had 1 roll of TP and had to run to the store. There were spiders and webs EVERYWHERE!"
