"The food at the hotel was really poor....when there was any.....lots of empty space and hungry residents. They didn't make up our room or change our towels until we complained. Our children in room 2 did not experience the same issue. I asked to speak to the manager but he did not show himself which I think explains why the place loves to take your money but makes no care to ensure the customer experience is good."
