"The staff at the Novotel Bengaluru was amazing! they were helpful and very aware as they serviced the various clients at the restaurant, the front desk and the terrace on the top of the hotel. They were so attentive and kind. Bhavna, Anshad , sweetie, Chanchal and Hari Om made our stay at the Novotel very pleasant and enjoyable. "I complained on the same day that they gave a small room and also the shower was full leakage and it was so horrible to bath and the TV didn't work in spite of so many calls also they didn't attend I never book this hotel This hotel is not even worth 2 stars. Especially Front desk service is so horrible Very very bad and takes lot of time time to respond "

"The good part : - The hotel is clean - Price is reasonable - Easy access to IT park - Free bottled water Concerns: - Staff not courteous, When I got down from the cab I needed help to take 2 luggages up the stairs ( standard courtesy extended at most hotels in India ) to reach reception area but the bell boys waited till I took the luggage up by myself. - Outside the hotel area is bit crowded and feels lil unsafe even the elevator don’t have floor access control. "

"Good value for money. I stayed for 3 nights as a sole traveler. I picked it due to the location (I had to be close to Marathahalli). This is a decent place with some shops around. Easy to get auto and cab/uber. Zomato/Swiggy also deliver. The breakfast included was very good. Rooms were decent and clean and there was housekeeping everyday. Overall a good value for money."
