"We arrived at about 10:00 pm and had a very difficult time getting into our room. No one was in the office, the directions left for us were unclear & the code to enter the cabin turned out to be incorrect. I urge management to write a step-by-step, accurate description of how to access a cabin when staff is not available. But someone did eventually answer the “emergency” phone number and helped us get in. The cabin is beautiful and very clean. One difficulty for Seniors: there is no bathroom in the cabin we rented. A shared bathroom is in a separate building. The office staff was very nice and kindly contacted me when my adult daughter left her ear-buds in the cabin."
