"Internet was slow sheet on bed patched a long walk to stores had to ask for a top sheet on bed Room was never cleaned and no shampoo or body wash supplies very noisy area and unclean around the hotel I checked out 2 days early as could not stay any longer my stay was. For 9 days "

"Comfortable, great service, close to airport (carry directions in case your driver can't find the location). Only issue we had was gate was locked when we returned late. We were able to quickly notify staff who came and unocked it. But it did take us by surprise."

"Its a sound enough hotel for the business traveler but otherwise pretty ordinary. It's in a shabby part of town with no local ameities or attractions worth the bother. The bar is dismal and the restaurant poor. The staff do a good job of making the best of the little they have to wotk with."

"Booked a non refundable room and due to the gulf conflict our flight was cancelled prior to travelling 4hrs to the hotel. The hotel refused to refund as a gesture of goodwill. When you are desperate you would think there is still kindness in the world. Very disappointed. "
