"The property was well maintained, rooms very clean, beds comfy, full hot breakfast with lots of options, quiet place even with lots of families. Helpful large staff. Good parking with lots of EV stations. I did not use the indoor pool but it looked very clean and maintained. For Best Western value stay, its likely a top property. Close drive to Niagara Falls, outlets, airport and Canada. If your looking for a budget friendly property this is a great option!"

"We stayed in room 513 for tonight - breakfast area dirty, garbage area by coffee station was dirty and the walls also. In our room water was not draining in the tub, washroom sink was very loose and toilet was unstable. Plus pool has not been cleaned for sometime heavy debris in the bottom plus hair in the water."

"Breakfast is okay, my children enjoyed their waffles and baggle. The rooms are not bad, but needed some upgrade. The bed linens and sheets, are changing colors to brown, they look dirty,i suggest you get new sheets for the beds. The bathroom glass door did not close my husband had to use a plastic spoon handle to hold it together at the top to prevent water splashing out. Overall it is okay for a night or two stay. Accessible to stores and food outlets."

"Loved it! Comfortable, clean, quiet. Feels fancier than the price would imply. The bakery / cafe near the lobby was delightful. Would gladly stay again!"
