Amazing hotel. Categorized as 3-star but lives up to 5-star reputation. Brand new. Elegant Japanese design. Big rooms. Comfortable beds. Excellent service. Just across from the ferry port that takes you to Miyajima island. Might be a bit far from central Hiroshima, but its advantages outweigh this single disadvantage. Very much recommend!
We loved this hotel so much, we didn't want to leave. Everything was perfect from the spacious, comfortable room to the helpful hotel staff, to the convenient location. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was plentiful. I wish hotel experiences were this good in the states. I would come back here again and again, highly recommended.
Excellent service, great facilities, restful stay. I cannot recommend this location of Green Rich highly enough. We arrived around 6PM with a tired baby, and check in was smooth and friendly. We were grateful to be able to upgrade to a larger room, and the pillow selection (available to all rooms by selecting a memory foam or comfort pillow from the hallway shelves) was a nice touch.

The location is ideal as it is directly across the street from the ferry. The shopping street and the famous Itsukushima Shrine is just a short walk away.
I stayed in a room that had the bed in an upstairs loft. Things to consider if you book this room are the stairs are pretty steep and it’s not a small flight of stairs. The shower is separate from the toilet. The shower opens up to the hallway In the room, there is no separate area to change in privacy.

Just stayed one night with my family and we didn’t want to leave. The house is over 100 years old but has modern conveniences and was very clean and comfortable. The futon beds were perfect. The AC was strong. And best of all was the food. Dinner was a 12-13 course omakase with fish we’ve never tasted, like blowfish. While the property is 30 years old, it retains its focus on guest service. Plenty of amenities, including spa, pool, health club. Included if on club floor. Walkable to Peace Memorial Museum and Atomic Bomb Dome.
