"The room was clean and nice, but it did need a little maintenance done on the ceiling. The hotel had a nice exercise room, but there were no towels, sanitizing wipes, or water available. There was a good, hot breakfast."

Garden of the gods was not far from this hotel, and is a must see. Don't go by the appearance from the highway! It is magnificent!"

"I have stayed here several times, and have always had great service. However, this past trip, I had made reservations with the concierge for a party of seven for regular breakfast on Easter morning. Our reservation was for 10 AM and the regular Easter buffet started at 11. When we checked in at the dining room, they had no record of the reservation. No one made any effort to assist us. We went to the rock room to order breakfast there. In the adjacent dining room, there was one party of seven seated at a round table. We asked if we could also sit at a round table, but we were told that we could not because we did not have a reservation. Instead, he offered to put seven of us at a little coffee table and seat us on a loveseat and two arm chairs. In the Rock Room, there were two tables next to each other that were empty, but one was square, and one was round. The server declined to let us sit there. We moved the tables together ourselves. The server was not happy, but he let us sit there. Notably, neither the GM nor the food and beverage manager were on site."
