"The free breakfast had very little substance, the breakfast requiring payment was too expensive. Very little help available. 3 floors to lug luggage, a bit much for 87 year olds, Tiny dated room with poor layout. Complicated entry procedure. No staff available. Too much paper instructions."

"Everything was amazing, especially the breakfast and the employees. The only negative thing I can say is there were tiny ants on the desk in my room, but those ants are EVERYWHERE, so I do not blame the hotel. The room was clean and well-maintained."

"I booked this hotel through Hotels.com and was charged by Hotel.com. But at the checkout at the front desk they told me that the balance of the virtual card sent them by Hotels.com was $0,00. So they forced me to pay again. That is unacceptable! Both, the local hotel and Hotels.com are responsible for the agreement they have with each other. Both should be accountable before the costumer. This is unacceptable!"
