Ok a couple of things that are mentioned but the owners are unable to remove as it appears the translation from Turkish to English is not correct. .There is not a direct walk to the beach . The pool outside has been drained and they are not sure if it will get reinstated There is no inside pool. All in all if you want a place to stay...

"The Fener Motel was a convenient place for us to stay before returning to Istanbul for our flight home. The property is quite far from the town centre, but is very attractive and peaceful. "Lovely little hotel in a great location of Ağva. The rooms are cute and clean (amazing shower!), the staff is friendly and the location is as central as it can get. Within a short walk you'll be at the beach, the river, all the local restaurants and bars as well as the main bus stop to Istanbul. And still the neighbourhood is calm and you can sleep with the windows open. I would always come again! "
