"Room was clean however very out dated. For the price, the rooms need to be upgraded .. more modern. The wall paper throughout the room and bathroom is very old.
Breakfast options were ok and coffee machine was a big plus however the layout of the buffet items was a bit awkward.
Tea bags in the lobby area were not in a package so that was a turn off for me. Definitely not hygienic. "

"It’s my second time at the Radisson. I like that the hotel is in proximity of a family entertainment centre that’s about it. Other than that don’t expect their restaurant to be opened at the hours they advertise. Tried 3 times to sit down to eat only to be told the restaurant was closed. The restaurant is supposed to close at 10pm, went down around 8pm and the waitress said it closed earlier because “there was no one and the cook went home”. The next day at around 12:30 they said the restaurant wasn’t opening until 4pm. I guess they open for breakfast and that’s pretty much it or maybe their food ain’t good otherwise I don’t understand why it’s always closed and why people don’t eat there. I also called front desk twice at around 11pm and 11:30pm and no one answered. The staff at the service desk are friendly. "

"Great room, my only complaint is the unsafe pool conditions. Children were pushing, jumping into the shallow end. Groups of kids would come down the slide and smash into one another. Felt like the pool was at capacity and then some. Water was all over the place which caused kids to slip and land on their back. "
"The room needs one more than one. I realizer maybe that there was only one bed, but the room was rented for two people. I know this is standard in many hotels, but surely they can spare a chair so that the other person doesn't have to sit on a desk chair or sit on the bed. "
