"Our room didn’t have hangers or a dresser, so if you’re staying for a few days, it’s not as convenient. Most of the staff was excellent. There was one woman that wouldn’t give my husband a key, when his malfunctioned and I was in seminars because the room was in my name, but they also wouldn’t let me add his name to the reservation."
