"Booked dinner at this hotel because they said they had multiple menu items for allergy issues! Turned out they hadnt. Really well dealt with on the night by two excellent members of staff. Rooms were better in the hotel - our 'suite' was a little tired. Breakfast and lady who served it was fantastic. An Ipswich win made the stay more enjoyable. "

"Once we had found the property it’s actually number 10 on the street yes only next door but driving in the rain it was not easy to see No 9 is the Shrewsbury ( actually the same hotel) The host was lovely the hotel was very clean and so was the room though there is no view from room 10. The breakfast was great with a good variety of choice. The hotel is well positioned near the front would recommend "
