"The room is large and beautiful. The location is near the metro, bus stop and tram so really easy. There are shops and bars nearby so able to stop in the area as well as go out. Check in was easy process as was check out, communication was great, with hotel allowing us early check in due to a flight change at no extra cost. A wonderful stay - book this place!!!"

"The apartment was spotless and very roomy, it had all the essentials apart from a few items of cutlery and glassware which we had to request, but was delivered the next day. The beds were very comfortable and we had a lovely balcony .The location was reasonably good, we had about a 8-10 minute walk to the tram stop. Would thoroughly recommend"

"It is what it seems. You should not expect 5 star amenities in a budget hotel. Everything was fine for one night. And I can recommend this place just to sleep very close by the trains station. Staff is a little overwhelmed, but nice and clearly understaffed especially in housekeeping. In my opinion daily cleaning service should not be offered it just creates problems and overworks the housekeepers. Basically you get what you paid for, bed is good, room is good, bathroom is good. "I had to stay 4 days for a business trip during F1 Weekend. The hotel is really old and it's not comfortable at all. Besides that, the people managing the front desk is really nice and helpful. "

"The 1st room offered was not right, but the friendly and helpful staff soon were able to set us up in a room that was better for two people that are close to 70 and have some stair problems. Anyways the new room was much more suited, clean and comfy. The breakfast…was sooo very good too for both of our mornings there. We did not use the laundry room, but it looked like there was quite a few machines there. Within a few blocks is Corvin Plaza which had 3 levels of various shops and a food court."

"The check in was absolutely a nightmare. The company is suppose to send you an email, that does not get to your inbox (or SPAM box) apparently because a known issue to management. Then, once you get the various codes and try to decipher them, the main code to open the box with key inside does not work! I saw at least 3 other travelers (families, couples) struggling downstairs with the code/key. This experience in and of itself already makes the experience unpleasant. "

"This is a great hotel with a lot going for it. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Had a problem with my reservation and they sorted it out wonderfully. The welcome champagne is a nice touch. I use their in-house spa for a foot massage and it was amazing. The breakfast buffet is thoughtful and delicious. The bed is super comfortable and finally the location is very convenient for getting around the city."
