They have a boat ramp that is easy access for our kayaks and they have a ton of space to lay in the grass in front of the river. There are so many types of birds fluttering around in the trees and a ton of action to watch on the river. Staff is always friendly and helpful. "

Online pictures of the property didn't match the reality. Interior of the rooms and bathroom had a dusty/mouldy smell, not I think from any lack of cleaning but more from the old fit out and build up of dust and damp in the exposed brick mortar and old grout joints between tiling.
