"The Naini Retreat was fantastic! The property sits high on the mountain, offering beautiful views. The staff were exceptional: friendly and helpful. The restaurant staff were very willing to address my dietary restrictions and provide some incredible food. I also used the spa, and it was a perfect way to relax after a long day of sightseeing.
The rooms are comfortable and quiet. The hotel provides courtesy shuttles down to the market, which is greatly appreciated. They also have a daily high tea which I highly recommend.
Overall a great experience. Highly recommend this hotel if you are planning to visit Nainital. "

Although it is not near to town, but it has nice mountain view from hotel room, and roof top restaurant!

Property is spread across a large area with various stay options (type of rooms) , so no congestion and ample space for walking / activities. A very good location indeed in hilly terrain like Bhimtal."
"I used my credit card to pay at the hotel upon check in and 2days later a fraud transaction of an equivalent amount was made on my credit card under a different sterling property which means the number and pin of my credit card was copied at the time of swiping.
