First impressions the hotel seemed a bit tired and in need of some TLC, however the staff were accommodating and helpful and the hotel was in a good location with easy access to the main attractions. "I stayed at turtle Towers which was managed by Burbank property in Jamaica. It was a disaster. They downgraded my Room because what I booked wasn’t available and have refused to compensate me the difference. I paid $139 a night for a $87 a night room and they have refused to issue me Back some money. The condo was a dump. Old Broken stuff, dirty furniture and it smelled terrible.
