The rooms are spotless, the bed, room temp and bathroom are excellent and breakfast, while not elaborate, is quite satisfactory. We've found the owners to be very pleasant and easy to work with. Apple Orchard Inn probably is the best B&B in Durango and we will continue to stay there when we visit our daughter."
