"The door lock didn’t work for us had to contact someone to give us a code to be able to get in. The WiFi was ridiculous, hardly worked. The sink faucet was so loose felt like turning on the water would rip the faucet off its brackets. The TP holder was broken. Was a good price but everything was cheaply made and breaking."

After trying multiple times without success, we tried contacting Hotels.com to get advice. We were unable to reach a real person for help. Since we needed to have a room for the night, we got a room at Comfort Suites instead. We're extremely frustrated and will be seeking a refund for this room we were unable to use."
