"The Casa Calderoni is a comfortable place to stay on a quiet street in San Miguel de Allende, a short walk from the Parrochia. The staff, especially the manager, Luis, is very responsive to guests' needs. The breakfast was excellent. There are lots of good restaurants within walking distance. Though it's certainly not luxurious, I enjoyed my stay here and thought it was a great value."

"The room and bathroom were extremely clean and quite stylish for such a reasonable price. The location is very convenient for walking to the Jardin/La Parroquia as well as the Artisan Market and Fabrica La Aurora. The only thing that was confusing was that I didn't notice we were to pay in cash (or bank transfer) upon arrival. I've never had to do that before. Regardless, it was a positive experience."

"This place is magical! Only six rooms and a total staff of seven make this hotel intimate and personal. Beautifully remodeled old building two blocks from the main square. The decor is amazing and there are peaceful courtyards and gardens in which to relax. The two on-site managers, Juan and Carlos, are exceedingly helpful and friendly. The best part, however, is the breakfast chef, Fabriola. Be sure to order one of her fabulous breakfasts from the menu, a five-star experience at a bargain...
