"The Hotel is charging too high then the facility they provide. The rooms which they provide are average and should not cost more then 1.5k. But they charged me 8k for the same room. I would never reccommend to book this Hotel. It would be better to book a 5 star hotel in place of this hotel. "

"It is a good property to vacation … however the approach roads for more than 2kms were in very bad shape. The villas are good, spacious and adequately decorated. The 3/4 bedroom villas are superbly done. Staff is around to help when needed but it takes a long time to respond, on some occassions we had to call front desk multiple times before we got service. " We were two elderly couples . The property personnel was not ready for us and they had not kept the room ready, even though we had a confirmed booking and we had paid 100% advance. We had reached the property much after the check in time. The dining area is not clean and there stray dogs and crows continuosly pestering us during lunch the first day of our stay . We preferred to eat in our rooms for the rest of our stray. Dogs were a menance at night as they would bark and move around...

"Location of the resort is amazing however maintenance of the property is very poorly managed. Most of the rooms at ground level are having water leakage issues from roof. Food quality is nice whether its breakfast, lunch or dinner. Also the car parking space kept in an open land outside the resort which causes battery downtime during rainy season as weather is quite chilled here."
