"We arrived in the middle of the night - 4 hour flight delay - and the guy on reception could not have been more helpful even coming out on to the street to find us and help the Uber driver. Location is in Soho which is a busy district with lots of cafes/bars/restaurants and a short walk from all the main attractions. Room was apartment style so had a bit more space than usual and everything was very clean. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful."
