"The location was perfect, close to the shopping area and Restaurants. The beach was literally in front of the hotel, you need just to cross the road and are arrived. The hotel is a nice building, our twin room was very big. However, unfortunately, none speaks English or understand it. It has been so difficult even to ask simple questions or ordering a Cappuccino. "hotel room was smaller compared to other places but in overall its ok for 2 pax. location is a bit away from main areas. about 15 mins walk. though beach is very near, the beach was not well kept , debris around. hotel staff was ok, but when i asked for towel, they couldnt give me , saying they only change once a day. After some persuasion, i got 1 towel instead of 2. best thing about this hotel is the wifi. strongest in comparison to other hotels i have been in lombok. good thing it is nearby...
