"Nice staff, easy parking, very good breakfast"

"Only german on website, a lot of codes to get access to room/hotel after 14.30. Did NOT mention that there are TWO doors, and that you must press the v-butten after entering code. No help on the phone, the person answering did not speak any english. And did not pick up phone on 2.,3.,4.,5.’th call. Used 30+ minutes to get in. "

"A 30min walk from the HBF, or a 5min tram, location is fine, easy to find, small room, which is all that was required, shared bathroom, although there was a sink in the room, the taps didn't work, asked for them to be looked at, but nothing appeared to be done. Tv in room, wifi was great, staff were helpful and kind, lending me a kettle and cutlery. Supermarket and bakery within a minutes walk."

From connecting with them a week before I arrived to the day I walked in the front door to the day I left, they were professional, friendly, helpful and engaging!! Very much a family feeling! The morning breakfast is fantastic!! They have a small bar right at reception with fantastic local beer and small pizza to order! This is a wonderful boutique style hotel! I will be back!"
