"Very warm welcome. The room was very large. Easy to park and very convenient to walk to Orléans city centre and to the quais. Plenty of places to eat around 10 minutes walk from the hotel. Good night sleep and nice breakfast. I would definitely stay there again if I went back to Orléans. "

When you call you get a answering service that is not directly to the hotel which ran up our international minutes on our phone, very costly. The instructions say that there is someone just around the corner to help, wrong. We were unable to get into our room until 7 PM. Fortunately, another guest called the number on the...
