"We went as a family of 4 with a 10 and 12 year old. We had such a lovely stay. We had a family room which was perfect because the kids had their own room and bathroom.
All the staff were friendly. It’s the first hotel we have been to where we didn’t have to wake up so early to get sunbeds.
The breakfast was plentiful and lunch at the pool bar was good quality. The gym was brilliant.
We went to Rubi bar every evening for a drink - the cocktails are very good. We would definitely come back. Thank you for a wonderful stay."
"Pretty faultless hotel in a nice location. Our room was spacious & clean with little noise around us. Breakfasts were really good only spoiled by the occasional rude guests but that’s not the hotel’s fault it’s the people themselves! Pool areas were nice, maybe benefit from a separate pool/area for those with children as sometimes we felt it got a little noisy but not drastically."
"Staff very friendly and always happy to help.
Room was nice enough.
Housekeeping didn’t feel the need to change sheets even with dead mosquito and blood on pillow! (One I swatted in the night!)
Lots of groups of people and party vibe."
"Stayed for 1 wk, during which time a golf tournament was on. There was a distinct change in the clientele and business of the hotel post tournament.
Staff on arrival only provided most basic information and we were left to find out for ourselves info about the facilities at the hotel.
Room was clean and comfortable. Stayed on b & b rate choosing to eat out at the many restaurants within the marina
Breakfast was a buffet arrangement with plenty of choice. Being coeliac, there was a dedicated gf area and toaster although be wary as non gf helped themselves to gf food. Disappointingly cooked breakfast was not gf and high risk of cross contamination. Chocolate spread open to all so cross contaminated. Difficult to explain this to staff although most spoke very good English. Tea very slow to arrive.
We had 2 bookings due to a flight change by easyjet but took 4 attempts to get staff to agree we could stay in same room after first booking. They did recognise our wedding anniversary and sons birthday with a special treat in room which was really nice.
Balconies on beach side in shade, marina side noisy but fantastic views.
Great resort for those with mobility difficulties
Pool not deep, not heated either but nice to take a quick dip.
Drinks and food by pool very expensive, £40 for 3 drinks and fries.
Beds on beach start at €40 per day and private pool €150 euros per day. 20% discount if staying in hotel.
No ambience or real atmosphere in hotel of evening. Enjoyable stay."
"This hotel was excellent, beautiful and large spacious rooms. Excellent facilities and the staff were exceptional.
Amazing hotel in a quiet part of town but less than €5 in an uber to the marina."
