"Everything about our stay was great except for the shower. It would randomly change temperature dramatically while you were showering and would not change back until 3-4 minutes has passed. Other than that, the staff was very accommodating, it was very clean and much more extravagant than I was expecting!"

We came back to the room one night to a surprise slice of cake and a hand written card for my boyfriend's birthday, even though his birthday wasn't til 2 weeks later. That was very nice of the staff to go the extra mile to make our stay feel even more special."
"Very spacious room, especially the bathroom which surprisingly had a separate bathtub and sink/vanity instead of the common combined "unit bath". Modern and stylish interior. Great location right next to a shopping complex and a short walk to Namba station but also quiet at night. Many unique small restaurants under the train tracks. Great takoyaki place and coffee shop nearby. Would stay again!"
"Property is in a very convenient location for walking distance to every main area to see in osaka. Not many omenities within the hotel so I wouldn't recommend it if that's what you are looking for, however everything you might need is very close by. "
