"The Crowne Plaza Lima provides a solid, middle-of-the-road experience. We were greeted with a lovely Pisco Sour, and the staff remained consistently friendly throughout our stay. Our room was clean, well-stocked, and organized.
However, there were two main drawbacks. First, the room felt quite stuffy; the lack of fresh air made the space feel cramped. Second, the service felt a bit overbearing at times—particularly regarding the language barriers and the constant expectation for tips. While the decor is certainly "unique," the lack of ventilation was the bigger issue for us."
"Basic airport hotel. We used to fill the gap between downtown noon checkout and our midnight flight. Rooms are renovated and clean, no complaints. Had a snack in the restaurant and it was ok, too. Shuttle to airport was very handy - took all the stress out of that part of our trip."

Access to the property was tedious as there was one guard checking every vehicle and manually opening and closing the door for each vehicle. When we decided to get off the Uber to access the property, the guard insisted that we can only access the property with the car. This was redicylous."
