"Breakfast is good but it needs variety for a 3 nights stay. Thankful for Helen the staff who helped us on how to explore the City of Zurich and gives us detailed information on how to take trains. A little disappointed of the other 2 staff (one named Addes) that was in the customer service. They are not helpful and open with customer. They answered direct questions blocking communication which makes you hesitant to ask for more. They don't even ask you if your questions are answered or you have more questions. I suggest that staff should be approachable and be friendly showing a welcoming smiles for the guest. "
"Centrally located and close to main train station. I wish they had better pillows and had some luggage racks. We could hear foot steps from floor above (we were on third floor). Room was beautifully decorated with good vibes. We used the Nespresso machine near the front office since there was no tea kettle in the room. "
"Really friendly staff, nice modern bathroom (although rest of room fine — quite basic), easy check-in.
No breakfast included though and location was just okay , not super central.
Overall content with our stay and enjoyed being able to use the pool, jacuzzi, gym facilities — those are standout perks!"
"The hotel was excellent. The room was nice and the breakfast was well done The staff were outstanding in all areas. Now for the 2 down sides: 1. The hotel is very difficult to find in the Zurich airport It is also confused easily with the radisson pods which is in a different area.
2. The tub/shower enclosure is poorly designed with only a half door over the tub enclosure to keep water from getting on the floor . Never use the handheld nozzle as the water will easily leave the enclosure. Only use the downspray.😄"
"Great location. 1-2 blocks from the main train station (Zurich HB). Close to many restaurants and scenic spots. Easy train access to more dostant locations."
"Alenna and Adriana were fantastic hosts and made the check in process a breeze! It was my first time, as an American, staying in such an establishment. Basically they run the cafe downstairs and the rooms are all upstairs, and it’s the perfect mix between hotel and hostel. Really cool concept! self check in was made available - Just make sure to message them in advance before they close around 9-11pm daily, but that’s probably common sense. Rooms were clean and location in proximity to train station was wonderful. Not sure if this was standard but it seemed it, they even offered luggage storage the next day until it was time for me to travel back home. Would 1000% percent stay here again if I ever return to Zurich. Thanks everyone!"
