"Staff was the highlight of the stay - super friendly and helpful. Room is dated already, not much amenity (had to ask for hair dryer every time needed to use). Same chain as Boxo so sometimes Boxo guests sneaked in and used the pool which was not very nice. An ok stay, bit less quality than the price paid"

All of the staff were smiling, helpful & professional; with special mention of Robert (manager), Fridah, Joseph & Nassir (reception), Rashid (marketing), Jane & Sharleen (waitresses) & Tina (head cleaner). The security personnel were always alert & polite. The food was always well prepared with a great menu selection (& room service readily available). This must be the best hotel in Kenya! I'll definitely visit again & again."
