"The staff is incredibly helpful and clear on his instructions about the check-in process. When we had an issue, he immediately helped us. The room is pretty high tech with the digital smart lock . The hotel is located in a convenient spot with lots of restaurants, subway & bus stations, convenient stores, beach and attractions. Since this is a service apartment, they had kitchen appliances you can use.
The only drawback is that they only clean your room every 2-3 days. The laundry machine we had was not available for use at the time. We only stayed for 3 nights so the laundry and the cleaning didn't affect us much. But again, this is a service apartment and usually they don't clean your room everyday."

"This is definitely a 5 star hotel that meets expectations. Great location on the beach. The main building beach view room was very nice; the breakfast buffet was great; and when the amenities were open (hot tubs, gym, etc.), I enjoyed them. The only downside was there was work being done on the gym and hot tubs for one of the two days I was there, so there should have been some sort of refund. Likely not something everyone will experience though as I can’t imagine they are frequently closed, so I’d definitely come back."
"It was difficult to find a room option for Shilla Stay on Expedia which fully met our needs so we opted for the one which closest fit our wish for sea views. There’s something about waking up to the sight of the sea and the views from the room did not disappoint. We had a lovely stay!
There’s a telephone based queuing system for check in which did not accept uk numbers. Thankfully, one of the staff stepped in quickly."
