"First time in Panama City and could not have had a better experience in part due to the staff and management at the Riu hotel. The hotel, room, location, and especially the staff were incredible. The view from the room is unbelievable, unmatched in my experience. The amenities were world class. The breakfast was delicious, fresh, and diverse. I can’t wait to visit the other locations, but we will be back in Panama City undoubtedly. Excellent service and experience. Would recommend to all!"
"Property is beautiful, just a small tad dated but lovely nonetheless. That’s the reason for the 4 stars. The buffet breakfast is phenomenal, the restaurants onsite are fantastic. All of the food was great! The amenities were amazing! Hands down a magnificent resort on the west side of Panama. One slight warning, the traffic to the hotel is ridiculous, most times of day. If you are planning on staying out, you are fine, but if planning to go back and forth to Panama City, be forewarned. Could take three times the time due to the traffic to cross the bridge. "
"We had an issue with the hot water and good that there’s a washer but no dryer. Also, the description of the apartments is great, but didn’t have information on where, what type of neighborhood it’s located. Also, pull out couch is not really a bed and lack more bed sheets and towels for the amount of people staying. Had two issues, AC and bedroom light in room broke but was repaired quickly. "
