"The concierge, a woman, very rude, she pretends no speak English, Spanish or any language, she didn't answer questions,had to wait 30 minutes to show up in the reception desk, know I have three suitcases gave me a top three floor room with not elevators. A poor guy, employee brought all the suitcases up to third floor. The reception desk always was alone"

"Overall the stay was nice. The staff is helpful and very personable. The beachside bar was comfortable and the food was decent. The room was clean but the room I was in had some weird quirks. The door stop was in the middle of the floor and could be a good way to stub a toe. There was a window to the hallway. While private enough, the light was quite bright into the room. Nothing a sleep mask didn't solve. All this said, I would stay here again. "
"Garden view was actually a construction view. Nothing like waking up to the noise of drills and hammers. More employees constantly trying to up sale TOURs than provide service with a smile. Oh if you can not secure a reservation a to one of their handful of mediocre restaurants your left scramming. If you do secure a reservation (Yaimeishi Japanese) you will be required to sit with other strangers or in my case walk out. Only fabulous thing was the beach but you might want to reconsider and look at other options OR temper your expectations. Good luck…"
"The staf was extremely friendly and helpful. As far as the stay, its good for overnight, i thought i was getting more than i dis. Only had a fridge and tv in the roome. The door actually has some tissue stuffed in the craks. Lol. The breakfast was ok to get your day started, nothing extravagant. But overall the staff made the stay well worth it. Not 5 star a

"Very disappointing! This is actually a motel, not a hotel. It is located in a rundown residential neighborhood, and unsafe area. There are multiple empty lot on the street where houses haven’t been built. Many of these empty lots are trash dumping ground. There’s no reception area. You have to ring the bell from the street which is answered by the caretaker of the property who does not speak English at all. Therefore, communication is extremely challenging in case you have a question or need something. You can hear the street noise in the room loudly. Although, I paid for 3 nights, I checked out next day. They didn’t refund me for the 2 unused nights. In summary, if safety and convenience to the beaches is your priority, this location does not satisfy the requirements."
