"Booked FM7 Resort as previously stayed here. Excellent location for stay over either travelling into or out from Jakarta.
Great facilities, excellent staff and well worth the cost. After a couple of weeks spent in more basic facilities, it was great to have a super comfortable bed, hot water and fluffy towels.
Will definitely stay here again in the future. "

"The rooms where dirty, they smelled. The towels are disgustingly smelly. The food is not up to the standard. In general not good hotel, the staff was nice and try to help always. "

We chose Hotel Ciputra based on the area recommended by a friend. We were pleasantly surprised to find out that there was a Ciputra Mall directly connected to the hotel.
The Senior Manager Erika personally reached out to me to find out if everything was going well.
We got a room in a high floor. It was clean and comfortable, though the air con was quite cold and we didn't know how to adjust it.
The swimming pool on the 7th floor was child-friendly, with a shallow section. The gym was a full-sized one with a wide range of equipment. Towels were provided for both the pool and the gym.
Breakfast was decent, with a range of local Indonesian food and international fare.
After we checked out, the Senior Manager Erika reached out again to inform us we left our charger in the room. Thanks to her help we were able to get it delivered to us quickly.
We had a good experience on our first trip to Jakarta, and would definitely consider staying there again next time. "
